Amazing HR Race Logistics at #SHRM18 Amazing HR Race Logistics I sent out an email today to Amazing HR Race competitors. Im still accepting team and solo ticket registrations. You can click here to register.  The race is scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM tonight, Sunday, June 17th. We will visit 5 different bar locations in Chicago. Once we reach the final destination, well stay for the afterparty and Ill share with non-racers our location via in the SHRM party text group. Text SHRM to 55678 to receive party texts and our after party location. Amazing HR Race Logistics Starting the Race   The race begins with a clue being sent by text message and email. Ill be sending the clue to your email address at 7:30 PM. You can also sign up to receive the first clue via text message. Once you register youll get that information. Please only share this information with your teammate. I will be at the first destination checking the registration list to ensure that everyone participating has paid the entry fee so no cheating Arriving at a Location Each location will have a designated Amazing HR Representative. Youll know them by the sign they are carrying. Approach them to receive the code word to text in to receive your next clue. The first 25 teams will be rewarded with a drink at each checkpoint. Im limiting the cost to no more than $7 per beverage at each stop. Share on Social Media   You are encouraged (not required) to snap a pic, post an update or tweet at each location using the #AmazingHRrace hashtag. Extra mega bonus points if when sharing you include the #SHRM18 hashtag. Fabulous Prizes   The first team to reach the final destination will receive $400. The second team will receive $200 and third place will receive $100. The prize amount increases the more racers we get so encourage them to join us by visiting http://workolo.gy/amazinghrrace. Im keeping tickets up for teams until 7:30 PM and solo tickets until 6:30 PM.
